This week, a question dawned upon me.

If I had to start all over again, what would I prioritise?

My answer is Relationships. We meet several people along the way, some teach us lessons, some we choose to avoid, but most important are those who walk with us. Contrary to popular belief, meeting the right people is not a matter of chance but a matter of skill. It’s a skill that requires you to invest in people, and one you can start now.

Besides building relationships, the greatest skill according to me is the willingness to learn. We all know the importance of learning and yet, we look at it as external pressure and not as a natural choice. The skill of learning is more than acquiring knowledge, it’s also about scaling or optimising what you already have. Be it business or personal.
