When you’re running, run; when you’re walking, walk. Now is all you have, Now is all you can control. If you work thinking about a vacation, and vacation guilt-ing about work, you’ll enjoy neither. Move your life to where you want it to be, without worrying. It’s much easier said than done, I know. The realisation in itself is extremely empowering, it’s then up to you to stick with it and turn it into action.
